Muay Thai - Thai Boxing
Muay Thai, also known as Thai Boxing, is a power-based martial art from Thailand. This rigorous form of fighting gained fast recognition due to its effectiveness on the streets and in the ring. The devastating, easy-to-learn techniques utilize the body's natural weapons: knees, elbows, fists, and shins.
